Leeway Travel Agency’s annual flagship campaign celebrates Travel and Lifestyle creators.

Prizes

• Grand Winner
  → Crowned as Face of Leeway 2025–2026.
  → Receives 4 quarterly trips (destinations selected by Leeway, subject to budget & availability).
  → Featured in Leeway campaigns and signs an ambassador agreement.
  → Must not endorse or represent competing travel agencies or tour operators during the ambassadorship. Collaborations with airlines/hotels are allowed if not in direct competition.
  → Trips are for 1 person only. Companions must be booked through Leeway Travel Agency; otherwise, the contract may be forfeited.
• Top 5 Finalists
  → Each receives a ₱10,000 Leeway Travel Voucher (valid 12 months, one-time use, non-transferable, not combinable with other promos/vouchers, must be redeemed under the creator’s name only).
• All Qualified Entries
  → Each receives a ₱5,000 Leeway Travel Voucher (valid 12 months, one-time use, non-transferable, not combinable with other promos/vouchers, must be redeemed under the creator’s name only).

NOTE: If a booking exceeds voucher value, the participant pays the difference. If lower, no refund or credit is given.

Eligibility

• Open to Travel and Lifestyle creators with at least 100,000 followers on a single platform (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok).
• Must be 21 years old and above.
• Must have been active in the last 3 months.
• Must have an engagement rate of ≥5%.
• Must be based in, or able to travel from, the Philippines.
• One entry per creator (individual accounts only; group/joint accounts not allowed).
• Must like and follow all official Leeway Travel Agency platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and remain followers throughout the campaign.

How to Join

1. Post original content (≥30s reel/short/TikTok/vlog snippet) featuring Leeway Travel Agency.
   • Mention Leeway in caption/on-screen.
   • Tag @LeewayTravelAgency and use hashtags #FaceofLeeway #LeewayTravelAgency.
   • Post must be public and never deleted.
   • Must comply with platform policies (music rights, copyright, etc.). Removed posts = non-compliant.
   • Content must meet professional standards (clear audio, video, and readable captions). Low-quality entries may be disqualified.

1. Submit your entry link + insights screenshot via the official application form (see below).
2. Provide an active email address for confirmation and scoring updates.

Timeline

• Application Period: Sept 25 – Oct 25, 2025
• Interaction Count Cut-off (Likes, Comments, Shares, Views): Nov 3, 2025
• Winners Announced: Nov 10, 2025
• Grand Winner Travel Period: Dec 2025 – Nov 2026

Judging Criteria

• Reach (Followers) – 20%
• Engagement Rate – 20%
• Post Interactions (Likes, Comments, Shares, Views) – 20%
  → Only organic engagement is considered. Paid boosting, bots, or fake activity = disqualification.
• Panel Score – 40%

NOTE: Final scores will be emailed to participants. Panel deliberation notes remain confidential.

Winner Deliverables

• The Grand Winner must deliver 3 posts per trip (1 long-form + 2 short-form), totaling 12 posts across the year.
• Posts must be published within 14 days of trip completion (extensions only with written approval).
• The Grand Winner must attend Leeway events if invited.

Penalties

• Non-compliance with deliverables or ambassador contract = forfeiture of all future trips.
• Disqualification from the following year’s campaign.
• A penalty fee of 50% of the previous + upcoming trip values may be enforced (per ambassador contract).

Intellectual Property

1. Creators will retain full ownership of all content they produce for the campaign.
2. Leeway Travel Agency will have non-exclusive rights to repost submitted content on its official platforms (with proper credit to the creator).
3. For use of content in paid advertisements, Leeway will obtain separate written consent from the creator.
4. All submitted content must use only copyright-cleared materials.
5. Leeway will not be held liable for any third-party copyright claims arising from the creator’s content.
6. Leeway reserves the right to request raw content files from the Grand Winner for promotional purposes.

Travel Conditions

• Force Majeure: Trips may be rescheduled or substituted with local trips. No cash alternative.
• Visa, passport, and immigration requirements are the winner’s responsibility. No rescheduling or refunds for related issues.
• Winners must cover personal expenses, travel taxes, visa fees, and insurance costs.

General

• Organized by Leeway Travel Agency.
• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Campaign Mechanics.
• Leeway may amend mechanics for fairness, without reducing material benefits.

• Must be strictly 21 years old and above.
• Must have been active in the last 3 months.
• Engagement rate must be ≥5%.
• Must be based in, or able to travel from, the Philippines.
• One entry per creator; multiple/joint accounts are disqualified.
• Participants must like and follow all official Leeway Travel Agency platforms and remain followers until the campaign ends. Proof of following may be requested.

Content Rules

• Posts must be original, public, and never deleted.
• Must tag Leeway and use official hashtags #FaceofLeeway #LeewayTravelAgency.
• Must comply with platform policies (copyright, music rights, etc.).
• Leeway may mute or edit reposts if copyrighted material is flagged.
• Content must meet minimum professional standards (clear audio, video, readable captions). Low-quality entries may be disqualified.
• Leeway staff will verify and screenshot entries for compliance.

Judging

• Reach – 20%
• Engagement Rate – 20%

• Panel Score – 40%

Notes

• Interactions counted until Nov 3, 2025.
• Only organic engagement counts. Suspicious or fake engagement (bots, paid farms) will result in disqualification. Leeway reserves the right to audit engagement sources.
• Final scores will be emailed to participants; panel deliberation notes remain confidential.

Prizes

• Grand Winner:
  • 4 trips (2 local + 2 international, Asia-Pacific only).
  • Destinations chosen by Leeway based on budget and availability.
  • Trips announced 30–45 days before departure.
  • Trips must be taken on scheduled dates. Missed/unused trips due to personal conflicts will not be rescheduled or replaced.
  • Must sign an ambassador contract (with binding penalties).
  • Must not endorse/represent competing travel agencies, OTAs, or tour operators during ambassadorship. Collaborations with airlines/hotels allowed if not in direct competition.
  • Exclusivity applies Dec 2025–Nov 2026.
  • Trips are for 1 person only. Companions must be booked through Leeway Travel Agency; otherwise, the winner’s contract may be forfeited.
• Top 5 Finalists: ₱10,000 travel voucher each (valid 12 months, one-time use, non-transferable, not combinable).
• Qualified Entries: ₱5,000 travel voucher each (valid 12 months, one-time use, non-transferable, not combinable).

Note: Vouchers must be redeemed under the creator’s name only. Vouchers are non-cash, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other Leeway promos.
