What is Leeway FLEXPAY?
Leeway Flexpay is a pre-travel installment plan offered by Leeway Travel Agency that allows clients to pay for their travel bookings in scheduled installments before the travel date.
By using Leeway Flexpay, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 18 and above residing in the Philippines.
- Requires a valid government-issued ID and active contact number.
- The booking must fall under the following timing restrictions:
- 3-Month Term: Travel date must be ≤ 3 months from the booking date.
- 6-Month Term: Travel date must be ≤ 6 months from the booking date.
- 9-Month Term: Travel date must be ≤ 9 months from the booking date.
- 12-Month Term: Travel date must be ≤ 12 months from the booking date.
2. Enrollment and Approval
- Clients must complete and sign the official Leeway Flexpay Application Form.
- Approval is subject to Leeway Travel Agency’s verification process.
- Leeway Travel reserves the right to approve or deny any application.

3. Accepted Payment Channels
- Bank Transfer
- Bank Deposit
- GCash
- Credit Card (Local Credit Card: 3.5% transaction fee applies. Foreign Credit Card: 3.5% transaction fee + 1.5% service fee deducted from remittance.
Clients must submit valid proof of payment for proper posting and acknowledgment.
4. Late Payment Policy
- A 3-day grace period applies after the due date.
- After this period, a late payment fee of 1% of the amount due or ₱600.00, whichever is higher, will be charged.
- The 3-day grace period does not extend beyond the requirement to complete all payments at least 30 days before the travel date.
- Non-payment within 15 calendar days of the due date may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of all payments made.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- All installment payments under Leeway Flexpay are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, changes, or no-shows.
- In case of emergency cancellations, the client must provide valid documentary proof (e.g., medical certificate, death certificate, government advisory, etc.).
- Submission of proof does not guarantee refund or approval. Refunds, rebookings, or credits remain subject to Leeway Travel Agency’s review and approval and are further dependent on the policies of airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers.
- If the booking has already been processed with airlines, hotels, or operators, refunds cannot be guaranteed and will strictly follow supplier policies.
6. Supplier Policies & Force Majeure
- All bookings are subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, and third-party suppliers.
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., airline cancellations, natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions), refunds or rebookings will strictly follow the policies of the suppliers.
- Leeway Travel Agency shall not be held liable beyond what is granted by the airline, hotel, or operator.
7. General Conditions
- Bookings under Leeway Flexpay are governed by Leeway Travel Agency’s standard booking policies and those of suppliers.
- Leeway Travel Agency reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated through official channels.
Leeway Flexpay Payment terms
- A minimum down payment of 20% of the total package cost is required to confirm a booking.
- The remaining balance can be paid in one of the following installment plans:
- Interest is calculated once on the balance after the 20% down payment and divided equally across the installments.
- If the remaining balance exceeds ₱100,000, the maximum interest charge is capped at ₱20,000, regardless of the installm

You need to complete and sign the official Leeway Flexpay Application Form. Approval will be subject to Leeway Travel Agency’s verification process.
You can choose from 3, 6, 9, or 12 months depending on your travel date:
- 3-Month Term: Travel must be within 3 months from booking
- 6-Month Term: Travel must be within 6 months from booking
- 9-Month Term: Travel must be within 9 months from booking
- 12-Month Term: Travel must be within 12 months from booking
A minimum of 20% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.

- The interest is then divided equally across your chosen installment plan.

In cases such as airline cancellations, natural disasters, or government travel restrictions, refunds or rebookings will strictly follow the policies of airlines, hotels, and third-party suppliers. Leeway Travel Agency is not liable beyond what suppliers provide.
Yes. All payments must be completed at least 30 days (1 month) before your travel date.
No. Flexpay installment plans are non-transferable and strictly under the name of the approved client.
