Travel Voucher - Terms & Conditions

Validity and Expiration

• This voucher is valid until December 31, 2026.
• Expired vouchers will not be honored, extended, or refunded.

Usage

• This voucher may be used as full or partial payment for any travel-related product or service offered by Leeway Travel Agency.
• If the voucher value is less than the total cost, the client must settle the remaining balance using another accepted payment method.
• If the voucher value is more than the total cost, any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, carried over, or applied to future bookings.
• The voucher is transferable, but non-refundable, not convertible to cash and for one-time use only.

Redemption

• Vouchers must be redeemed through Leeway Travel Agency only, either in person or via official communication channels.
• Advance booking is required and subject to availability.
• The original or digital voucher must be presented upon booking.

Limitations

• This voucher cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, unless otherwise stated.
• Cannot be used for previously confirmed bookings.
• Visa assistance prizes cover Leeway processing fee only and do not include embassy fees.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

• Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or reissued. Leeway Travel Agency is not responsible for unauthorized use.

Cancellation or Change of Booking

• Standard cancellation policies apply.
• If a booking paid with a voucher is canceled, the voucher amount is not refundable or re-credited, unless the cancellation is initiated by the agency.

Fraud and Misuse

• Any form of tampering, duplication, or unauthorized use will render the voucher void and may result in legal action.

Amendments

• Leeway Travel Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
