How to Join

1. Book any travel package with Leeway Travel Agency between September 1 – December 31, 2025.
2. For every booking within the promo period, you’ll earn raffle entries based on the total booking amount (see brackets).
3. Entries must be under the name of eligible travelers (21 years old and above)

Entry Brackets

• ₱5,000 – ₱15,000 = 1 entry
• ₱15,001 – ₱30,000 = 2 entries
• ₱30,001 – ₱50,000 = 3 entries
• ₱50,000 and above = 4 entries

Example on Group/Family Bookings

If a booking includes children below 21 years old, the total package amount will be divided equally among all travelers to determine how much each adult qualifies for in entries.

Example:

Juan – Main traveler – 45 y/o ✅ Eligible

Maria – Traveler – 40 y/o ✅ Eligible

Pedro – Traveler – 22 y/o ✅ Eligible

Lucas – Traveler – 7 y/o ❌ Not Eligible

Booking total: ₱250,000 ÷ 4 travelers = ₱62,500 per traveler.

👉 Juan, Maria, and Pedro will each get entries based on ₱62,500 (which is = 4 entries each).

👉 Lucas (7 years old) will not get entries.

Eligibility & Entries

• Only bookings made and fully paid directly with Leeway Travel Agency (office, official FB page, website, or authorized Travel Specialists) are valid.
• Only bookings made between September 1 – December 31, 2025 qualify, regardless of travel date.
• Multiple bookings are allowed; clients can accumulate multiple entries.
• Entries are tied to the actual traveler(s) listed on the booking, not the payer, unless the payer is also a traveler.
• Only clients 21 years old and above are eligible.

Entries & Validation

• Entries will be validated using official receipts or booking confirmations.
• Final entry deadline is December 31, 2025 at 5:00 PM.
• Unpaid, cancelled, or refunded bookings automatically forfeit entries. 
• If a booking used for raffle entry is refunded after the draw, the prize is forfeited even if previously awarded
• Winners must still have an active, non-refunded booking at the time of claiming.

Draw & Winner Selection

• The draw will be conducted via Facebook Live in the presence of Leeway management staff.
• Winners will be drawn using an electronic randomizer tool (wheel of names).
• The raffle draw will be publicly streamed live, recorded, and filed for audit purposes to ensure full transparency
• A participant can win only once across all prizes.
• If a participant’s name is drawn for any prize, all of their remaining entries (duplicate name slices from multiple entries/bookings) will be removed from the wheel before the next draw.
• If the same name appears again during the same draw round due to technical delay, it will be voided and redrawn.

Claiming of Prizes

• Grand Prize Winner must confirm acceptance within 15 days (by January 30, 2026). Otherwise, prize is forfeited and redrawn on February 1, 2026.
• Winner and companion must submit all required documents (valid ID, booking confirmation, passport copies) within the 15-day acceptance period. 
• Winner and companion must both hold passports valid at least 6 months before June 2026. Failure = disqualification and redraw.
• The companion’s name must be declared at the time of claiming (within 15 days), and no changes are allowed afterward.
• All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. 
• If the Grand Prize winner or companion cannot travel, the prize is forfeited. It is strictly non-transferable to another person.
• Travel vouchers (₱5,000 and ₱8,000) are valid only for future bookings by the winner, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with discounts unless allowed by Leeway.
• Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue, cannot be used during blackout dates (e.g., Holy Week, Christmas, New Year, long weekends) unless approved by Leeway.
• Leeway vouchers are strictly for the winner’s personal use and will be verified with a valid ID upon redemption. Reselling or transferring voids the voucher.

• The Grand Prize includes only:

4. Half-Day City Tour

• Exclusions (Winner’s Responsibility): Any airport taxes, terminal fees, travel insurance, meals not stated, personal expenses, and checked luggage fees are shouldered by the winner.
• Payment of Add-ons: If the winner requests Leeway to book checked-in luggage, add-ons, or pay taxes on their behalf, the winner must settle these additional costs directly with Leeway on or before May 15, 2026. No installment or grace period is allowed.
• If payment is not made in full by the deadline, the award will be forfeited and no replacement will be provided.
• Leeway reserves the right to disqualify participants who provide false information or violate these mechanics.

Marketing & Announcements

• Winners will be officially posted on the Leeway Travel Agency Facebook Page after the live draw.
• By joining, participants agree that Leeway may use their name, photo, testimonial, and photos/videos of the awarded trip for promotional purposes (announcements, marketing posts, and other marketing materials).

No-Show or Cancellations

If the winner or companion does not show up on the confirmed travel date, the prize is forfeited and cannot be rebooked or replaced.

Visa Requirement

Visa processing, if required, is the responsibility of the winner. Failure to secure a visa = forfeiture of prize.

Name Consistency and Age Clarification on IDs & Bookings

• Names on raffle entries must match valid government IDs and travel documents. Any correction fees will be shouldered by the winner
• Leeway reserves the right to request proof of age (valid ID) before confirming entries.

Force Majeure / Airline or Hotel Cancellation

• If the airline cancels the scheduled flight or government travel restrictions prevent departure, Leeway Travel Agency will assist in rescheduling the prize trip to another available date.
• The prize remains non-convertible to cash and cannot be exchanged for other services.
• This clause applies only to airline or government-imposed cancellations. If the winner or companion cannot make the trip due to personal reasons (illness, emergencies, local flooding, missed flight, or any personal inconvenience), the prize is forfeited and cannot be rebooked.

Offloading Policy

If the winner or companion is offloaded by immigration authorities, Leeway Travel Agency will not be held responsible. The prize cannot be rebooked, replaced, or converted to cash.

Taxes & Fees Post-Booking

• Any additional airline-imposed taxes, surcharges, or fees announced after the raffle mechanics are published will be shouldered by the winner.
• All expenses not explicitly listed as included are the sole responsibility of the winner
