These promos are open to qualified clients who book travel packages with Leeway Travel Agency within the specified promo period and meet all requirements stated below.
A. COUPLES PROMO – FREE DINNER FOR 2
1. Eligibility
- Promo is strictly open to couples only (romantic partners, engaged, married, or live-in partners).
- Both individuals must be of legal age.
- Proof of relationship is required upon booking and/or prior to claiming the reward.
- Acceptable proof includes any of the following: government-issued IDs showing the same address, marriage certificate, proof of shared residence, or any official document reasonably acceptable to Leeway Travel Agency.
- Leeway Travel Agency reserves sole discretion to approve or reject submitted proof.
2. Booking Requirements
- Valid for all-in travel packages only.
- Customized packages only. Pre-set promos, flight-only, hotel-only, land arrangement-only, or seat sale bookings are not eligible.
- Booking must be made within the official promo period.
- Minimum total booking amount of PHP 50,000 is required to qualify for this promo.
3. Payment Condition
- Booking must be 100% fully paid within the promo period to qualify.
- Partial payments, reservations, or down payments do not qualify.
4. Promo Period
- Booking Period: January 15 – February 14, 2026
- Claiming Period: Until December 31, 2026
5. Reward Details
- Qualified couples will receive one (1) Dinner for Two.
- Restaurant will be Leeway’s choice and based on the travel destination/location.
- Dinner value is up to PHP 1,500 per head.
- Any amount exceeding the allotted budget shall be shouldered by the client.
6. Redemption Guidelines
- Dinner is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and non-exchangeable.
- Redemption must be scheduled in advance through Leeway Travel Agency.
- Unused rewards after the claiming period will be forfeited.
B. SINGLES PROMO – FREE FULL BODY MASSAGE
1. Eligibility
- Promo is strictly open to singles only.
- Client must declare single status in writing upon booking.
- Leeway Travel Agency is not liable for false declarations and reserves the right to cancel the reward if misrepresentation is discovered.
- Leeway reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
2. Booking Requirements
- Valid for all-in travel packages only.
- Customized packages only. Pre-set promos, flight-only, hotel-only, land arrangement-only, or seat sale bookings are not eligible.
- Booking must be made within the official promo period.
- Minimum total booking amount of PHP 30,000 is required to qualify for this promo.
3. Payment Condition
- Booking must be 100% fully paid within the promo period to qualify.
- Partial payments, reservations, or down payments do not qualify.
4. Promo Period
- Booking Period: January 15 – February 14, 2026
- Claiming Period: Until December 31, 2026
5. Reward Details
- Qualified clients will receive one (1) Free Full Body Massage.
- Massage location will be based on the travel destination/location and subject to availability.
- Massage value is up to PHP 1,000.
- Any amount exceeding the allotted budget shall be shouldered by the client.
6. Redemption Guidelines
- Massage is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and non-exchangeable.
- Redemption must be scheduled in advance through Leeway Travel Agency.
- Unused rewards after the claiming period will be forfeited.
PROMO ANNOUNCEMENT & LIVE DRAW
- All qualified bookings for the February Promos will be included in the official Live Draw on February 20, 2026.
- Only bookings that are fully paid, validated, and compliant with all promo mechanics by the end of the promo period (February 14, 2026) will be eligible for inclusion.
- Live Draw would be on February 20, 2026, 6:00 PM on Leeway Travel Agency's Official Facebook Page.
- Leeway Travel Agency reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify invalid or incomplete bookings prior to the draw.
- Results of the Live Draw are final and binding.
GENERAL TERMS (Applicable to Both Promos)
- Promo applies to one (1) reward per qualified booking reference only, regardless of the number of passengers included in the booking.
- If the booking is cancelled, refunded, rebooked, shortened, downgraded, or becomes partially unused for any reason, the promo reward shall be automatically forfeited.
- If the reward has already been redeemed, the equivalent value of the reward shall be deducted from any refund or charged to the client.
- Promo cannot be combined with other discounts, promos, or special offers unless stated otherwise.
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and non-exchangeable.
- Rewards are subject to availability and partner merchant schedules.
- Leeway Travel Agency shall not be liable for partner merchant closures, unavailability, force majeure, weather disruptions, or operational issues beyond its control.
- In such cases, the reward may be substituted with an equivalent of similar value at Leeway’s sole discretion.
- Leeway Travel Agency reserves the right to validate eligibility, disqualify fraudulent or misrepresented claims, amend mechanics, substitute rewards, or cancel the promo if necessary, with prior notice.
- In case of disputes, Leeway Travel Agency’s decision shall be final.
