1. Eligibility and Account Setup

Leeway Wallet is available to individuals aged 18 years and above.
A valid ID and active contact information are required for account registration.
Users must complete the official Leeway Wallet Account Setup Form and accept these Terms and Conditions.
All personal information submitted must be accurate and truthful.
An initial deposit of any amount is required upon account activation.

2. Deposits and Wallet Usage

Clients may deposit any amount to their Leeway Wallet account at any time.
Deposits are non-withdrawable but transferable, and may only be used to pay for travel-related bookings and services offered by Leeway Travel Agency.
Funds in the Leeway Wallet may only be used for transactions with Leeway Travel Agency.
Wallet credits cannot be exchanged for cash but may be transferred to another individual or agency with an active Leeway Wallet account.
Clients may use their Leeway Wallet funds to book travel for another person, provided they submit a signed written consent authorizing such use.
Leeway Travel Agency will provide a monthly Statement of Account (SOA) to each client to reflect wallet activity, deposits, and current balance.

3. Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds

All bookings paid through Leeway Wallet are subject to Leeway Travel Agency's standard booking, cancellation, and refund policies.
In case of booking cancellation, any amount already used from Leeway Wallet is non-refundable.
If a refund is approved (e.g., due to agency-initiated cancellation), the amount will be credited back to the client’s Leeway Wallet account only, and not refunded in cash.

4. Account Terms

Leeway Wallet funds have no expiration.
Clients are responsible for securing their account credentials and keeping their information up to date.
Leeway Travel Agency ensures the confidentiality and security of all wallet-related transactions.

5. Amendments

Leeway Travel Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any significant changes to the policy.

What is Leeway Wallet?

Leeway Wallet is a travel savings account provided by Leeway Travel Agency. It works like a digital piggy bank where you can save funds exclusively for your future trips.

Is there a minimum amount to start saving?

No minimum required! You can deposit any amount, anytime, at your own pace.

Can I withdraw my funds?

No. Leeway Wallet funds are non-withdrawable. They are meant exclusively for travel bookings with Leeway Travel Agency.

Can I transfer my wallet funds to someone else?

Yes! Funds are transferable with proper authorization.

If the recipient has a Leeway Wallet, just fill out the transfer form.
If the recipient does not have one, you (the wallet owner) must submit written or email consent using our official form.

Transfers require verification before processing.

Where can I check my balance?

You may send us a message through our official Facebook page to request your current wallet balance.

Soon, you’ll also be able to log in and track your balance directly through our website.

Will I receive updates about my savings?

Yes! You’ll receive an automated monthly Statement of Account via email showing your balance and transaction details.

Do my wallet funds expire?

No. Your savings in Leeway Wallet never expire. You can continue adding until you reach your travel goals—no pressure!

How secure are my funds?

Your savings are kept in a dedicated client trust account. All transactions are logged and protected under our privacy and data security policies.

Can I use my wallet to book for someone else?

Yes, as long as the wallet owner provides written consent. Bookings using your wallet must be authorized and processed through Leeway Travel Agency.

How do I add funds to my wallet?
